The financial media has not reported on the fact that in the last three months the COMEX has delivered more gold than in the past four years! It is an extreme situation and explains why there is a constant $8 – $20 premium on the COMEX price over London.
Gold is flowing to the U.S. for physical delivery. So much so that the COMEX had to certify 62 new brands as “good delivery” to satisfy the contract terms. Why? Because demand was/is so strong…
Gold delivery months of April, June and August were shockers:
April – 3,166,000 ounces
June – 5,510,200 ounces
August – 4,878,500 ounces
That’s 422 metric tons!!!
Here’s another one 3 hours ago FYI only. Accuracy unknown by me.
One way of looking into the future
Discounted cash flow (DCF) is a valuation method used to estimate the value of an investment based on its future cash flows. DCF analysis attempts to figure out the value of an investment today, based on projections of how much money it will generate in the future.
IAG = $11.48
The longer gold holds $1900 the more the DCF valuation will be priced in. I’m thinking 2021 will only see growing sovereign debt and zero interest rates. Same for 2022, 2023,2024….
