compare NORTH DAKOTA with SOUTH DAKOTA.
N.D. 210 covid deaths/million population
S.D. 196 covid deaths/million population
south dakota is thinly populated and did not impose covid mitigation mandates.
north dakota is even less densely populated, and did impose covid mitigation mandates.
THE CURE IS WORSE THAN THE DISEASE !!
