I clicked down there, and tried to read more about the author of the quote and everything got blocked here. Some kind of scam.

pop ups that won’t go away after clicking the x.   It tells me not to shut down, and wants me to make a phone call to a number that google says it’s a scam. So now I’m running c cleaner and hope it clears it up.
