Vita D make sure it’s D3. Remember that commercial a long time ago that said that guy said AD DO. I don’t even remember what it was about now but wasn’t vitamins but nurses joked around about it.
It’s a good way for people to remember these two fat sol. vitamins. The other ones can leave the body easier but those two and both can cause toxicity. D fat sol. meaning can be stored and help get you through winter.
You shouldn’t just start in winter as your blood recycles every 3 months. You don’t eat well in summer Get good nutrition you might pay for it in winter.

HUI 439 sounds good to me as soon as whatever this little correction gets finished. Hoping the selloff doesn’t get too much deeper because the HUI hasn’t really run that much in comparison to previous moves.

I’ve researched it. I’m well within safe dosage. I think high doses are not as dangerous as some other vitamins. Vitamin A comes to mind.

U might want to ask Goldielocks/check it out, as I think u can take too much…u only need a v small amount if my memory is correct.

Currently but something about if they get the permit and you wouldn’t believe on how much money they spent like a Billion dollars that one talk is if they get it anyways they would keep on expanding.
