I lived a good portion of my life in Nevada. Not a fan of deserts but the mountains there are neat. Lot’s of wildlife at the higher elevations. Plus it’s a great place to mine for gold and silver.

I don’t know much about Corvus Gold. Enlighten us when you find stuff out! 🙂

All good points. I’m certainly far from being any kind of TA expert. Looks like the daily chart ( stockcharts.com) has $93.33 as a 50 day moving average line. Perhaps if it breaks through that level, there’ll be a little more conviction to start accumulating miners in earnest?

I also sort of watch the volume and Morris is right on, the volume in the shares has been waning. I’m guessing because of the slow rebound in the metals. Maybe nobody believes it’s real.

I’m assuming if/when the USD starts to drop in earnest the metals will move higher and the shares will move up. Maybe then the volume will follow? Just don’t know if the USD rebound is over yet.

Saw the Ad you mentioned on CNBS this am about Corvus Gold so I put it on my watch list.

Funny how primitive the operations appear. Maybe primitive is the wrong word, just small might be better.

Not as many shares out there as we see in a lot of these miners that are penny stocks now. I like that they are in the US, although that area of the desert is one brutal place to live and work. I’m sure you’ve been to Vegas. Rough, hot summers, windy, sometimes cold winters. I guess hunting for gold anywhere has some nasty drawbacks. 🙂

Did the Donald have aw PCR test, as there are other tests around I believe and he would have known how unreliable the PCR test is…by the way a Woman invented it.

I think he’s basically looking for the daily trading volume in a lot of these miners to pick up ( it does seem to be lackluster lately).

I’d love to do some buying in here of some good shares, but really hard to buy with any confidence.

Funny thing, JPM gets caught red handed and fined a Billion Dollars and goes right back to the manipulation. They (and the other banks) must have made so much more than that over the last couple of decades that a billion or even a couple billion is worth the risk. The only thing they have to do now is manipulate the currencies enough for gold’s action to make sense to the markets.

that is, out of 100 persons with positive results, only 40 or 50 are, in fact, infected.

the inventor who developed the pcr test has said repeatedly that it was not intended as a diagnostic test, and is ill-suited for such use.  the media, of course, didn’t give his statements much air time.

Macron launches crackdown on ‘Islamist separatism’ in Muslim communities

PARIS (Reuters) – President Emmanuel Macron pledged on Friday to fight “Islamist separatism” which he said was threatening to take control in some Muslim communities around France.

France has struggled with homegrown Islamist militancy for years but Macron’s government is increasingly worried by broader signs of radicalisation – often non-violent – within Muslim communities, French officials say.

They cite the refusal of some Muslim men to shake women’s hands, swimming pools that impose alternate time slots for men and women, girls of as young as four being told to wear full-face veils, and a proliferation of ‘madrassa’ religious schools.

More than 250 people have been killed on French soil over the past five years in attacks by Islamist militants or individuals inspired by jihadist groups.

“What we need to fight is Islamist separatism,” Macron said during a visit to the impoverished Paris suburb of Les Mureaux. “The problem is an ideology which claims its own laws should be superior to those of the Republic.”

France follows a strict form of secularism, known as “laicite”, which is designed to separate religion and public life. The principle was enshrined in law in 1905 after anti-clerical struggles with the Catholic Church.
