DITTO Im 81 my DR kept pestering me to take atorvastatin my Bp was 120/80 cholosterol 140 ,,,big mistake …. a week later I got the Hiccups and couldent stop 24hours a day 7days ,,i was going nuts ..I went hospital and they took $3000.00 worth of tests and couldent find anything .But one Dr suggested I see a Ear Nose Throat Specialist ..I got to see him 3 days later .He asked me ‘how long ago did it start ?.I said about a month ago .How long ago did you see your DR ? I said about the same time… He said stop taking that stuff immediately ..! In two days the hiccups were gone .Son of a bitch Im gonna kill that guy,,, weeks of misery …
a month later I was back in the first Dr office .He said I guess you wont go back on the Statin ! I thought you bastard…..all you can think of was pushing drugs…..will never trust him again…period.
7 years ago I was pestered by a different DR. into taking a Pneumonia Vaccine ,and two months later I got Pneumonia .I was so weak I lost 26 lbs .My daughter insisted I go to emergency room where they did thousands $ of tests cat scans etc .The emergency room DR took my Oxygen level..Its was 50 and he said you dont have any fever ..go home ! at that time I didnt know what a good OXYGEN level was ….I went back to hospital and was admitted .They couldent find what was wrong ,Finally they brought in a Pulmonoligist ,He said I think you got Pneumonia ,but It dont show on any xrays or tests .He gave me an IV and finally in 3 days I was out of there .The vaccine gave me what he called a “FOGGY” Pneumonia ..undetectable ,obviously mutated vaccine…Never again will I trust any Dr with Vaccines .and that bastard that sent me home with oxygen level of 50 should have been fired for mal practice.I now check my own OXYGEN level at home (its 99) ,I check my own blood pressure 120 to 130/80 .;… They tried to kill me 3 times in that Hospital….STAY away from them….and NO MORE vaccines …..My kidney DR told me yesterday I should take a FLU vaccine ..I said theres no chance in hell of that happening !

Exercise and weight bearing exercise is good to keep your cholesterol down and muscles and bones in shape as we get older muscle can turn to fat.
I complemented a neighbor over her patriotic flag like blouse that looked good on her last week. She tried to tell me where she got them and said I could wear the short sleeve ones because my arms aren’t flabby. Lol It’s hard to tell them how to prevent that although I don’t exercise but work but should, for fear of them taking it the wrong way. They could turn around and think you think they don’t look good or something when your just thinking about help and staying in shape as long as you can. The longer you wait the longer it takes to reverse it but once’s muscle is gone it’s gone. All you can do by then is expand what you have.
It depends on individual health though.
I got on PT for instance once for taking a patient with severe emphysema to exercise and said you better take a portable oxygen. The know it all said he don’t need it we’ll be right back. They were right back alright with the patient in respiratory distress and I had to run in and set up his oxygen. Patients need to know when to put their foot down sometimes when they know there body better than someone else.
BTW – As a precaution…
I drink tonic water , take Zinc , Quercetin , D3 (5000-10 000 IU ) etc. to keep my immunity up , and exercise regularly (cycle and walk several miles per day , and work out with 25 pound hand weights ).

I am 80 .
My blood pressure is still about 125/80 , and my total cholesterol at the time I stopped seeing him was under 200 , yet every checkup he insisted I should take Statins .
I still take zero prescriptions , and feel fine .
My neighbor goes to the same MD , takes meds as prescribed , and has been virtually bankrupted by the system . He plans to sell his home next year and move into elderly apartments downtown where HUD will pay most of his rent .

I guess it has to do with the constant attack on whites and farmers in South Africa and rightfully so their going to stop feeding the people killing them. They don’t just kill them the torture and rape them including children. That’s not to disregard being careful and getting supplements and what ever works safely of you get sick when they start pushing those vaccines and even trying to pay Medicare people to take them in some supplement programs like the one I have.
I will pass on the 25 dollars on some card I got to check into it though for other things. If I did my supplemental can pay for itself.
Because a doctor pushes vaccines doesn’t make him or her a bad doctor it depends on the doctor as long as they aren’t only focused on that but your health in general. It could be well meaning. Ask him if they give out inserts on the adverse effects. You go to get about anything from a pharmacy and they have you talk to a pharmacist EXCEPT for vaccines. There’s only one insert per package they discard and give multi doses.
What they do is pressure these doctors and shame them in away by comparing them to other clinics like some kind of competition on who gave out the most vaccines. So they are pressured and not sure who’s behind it but can be pretty sure the manufactures are the main culprit.
Trumps trying to push out the Emergency Use authorization to get the antibodies like Regeneron out to all the hospitals and to the world. He said it was a miracle cure and felt better almost immediately after getting the antibodies. E Lilly is also in the works to making it in mass so all hospitals can have it on hand.
It’s about time they worked on therapeutics for the flu instead of constantly injecting hazardous materials in people messing with their immune system as well. If the manufactures had there way we’d be injected everyday with some vaccine and most have no clue what’s in it or how easily it could be used to sterilize people or another form of a bio weapon and population control. I think some places need population control but not by vaccines but knowledge, preventative and economics.

I forgot to mention that Capt Slate the Diver from Florida Keys was instrumental in getting the Keys declared a national Park,preventing commercial fishers from fishing there for about two miles away from the Coral Reefs (96 miles long).My friend Dr Eastman and I helped him raise money in a small way to get that legislation passed . He visited my business and I in Richmond during the Fund Raiser.I also met Mel Fisher in Key West when he was Fund Raising to fight off the State of Florida case where they claimed the Whole Treasure of The Treasure ship ATOCHA with 400 millions of GOLD & SILVER that he found with SILVER bars stacked up like CORD WOOD 90 lbs each .Funny the silver were loaded with fishing lures snagged by fishermen not knowing their lure was leading them to a Treasure. I was hoping to dive with him,but business needed me back in Richmond at that time..I never got to search for the Treasure ..
Now I search at the Oasis !.. BTW both cases were won against the State of Florida .
