I think everyone should receive a number like a Divers license number with the states initials at the start that can be tracked on the ballot. Also a way to track that number on line not only check if your vote was counted but who it was counted for. If you die that number or mixed numbers and letters become invalidated. If you move out of state you must get a new number and your old one is invalidated and sent to the election office to stop any further ballots. If you move within the state it should be tracked so they no longer send a ballot to that previous address.
Right now they’re getting away in some states of not invalidating votes that were not legitimate after they opened the envelope and counted and can’t tell who’s who. Simple way to change that is put a ID number on it.

The watermark story appears to be a hoax, unfortunately. I don’t think that’s how they will be caught.

But Sidney Powell on Lou Dobbs just now said they have evidence that the software HAMMER and SCORECARD was used to change voting numbers.
