Yr not there yet..my understanding is that the States are supposed to deal with the problem, by calling an illegitimate election, only if they don’t does the SC have to get involved, as otherwise u become a banana etc….
The problem has to be sorted this time, or u will never get rid of the Dems, as they will not hesitate to make it even more bent.
