I used to do industrial prototype precision sheet metal parts fabrication. I was always buying artificially cheap various metals, and bringing the scrap drop offs to the junk yard. I think the manipulators held them all down for the greater good of manufactured products, especially defense spending material costs.

Lets not forget about jewelers, they need cheap gold for fabrication to keep their retail costs down and profits up.  I’ll always be sitting on gold mining stocks, because gold is the end game, currency related.  As I said after 2008, people “getting away with unusual things” it would end, starting with Bernie Madoff.

Todays paper the rail road works got nailed real good with false over time hours. One clown cleared $400,000. Like 18 hours a day 7 days a week. Look it up, Newsday LI NY railroad. The other day they arrested a bunch of people importing pregnant woman from Turkey for big money  so their baby can be born in the USA. Plus Medicaid PAYED!!

So I think the controllers the banks, the retailers, importers, gov’ts etc and even criminals embezzlers crooked politicians etc are all gradually getting caught and losing their abilities. I think the system is trying to get back to reality, but the transition is a problem. Who knows? Maybe this election was manipulated and Trump winning in 2016 was a big accident and later we find out all the prior ones manipulated also.

He goes through the last 3000 years of money consolidated. It’s a good video because of his understanding. They’re will be more videos and you can register if you want. He mentioned both gold and Bitcoin.
He apparently is pretty accurate about the future but also if cautious and has a plan for being wrong. He’s direct doesn’t double talk.

Good luck Mr. Copper! Nice to be investing in metals which aren’t so manipulated as gold and silver are, but for me I think I’ll stick with the main chance-gold and silver.

Roger that 16:45. After Gold peaked in August and started dropping I cashed out the really good ones and held the losers. I recently started buying back the SBSW. I see a lot of good bets with other metals related stocks like copper platinum palladium aluminum steel etc.

Platinum was lagging palladium badly and finally lifted off, maybe because  palladium got so expensive and car makers are switching back to platinum. I think they switched to palladium decades ago when it was cheaper than platinum. Countless new tickers I’m looking at now.

In all my years of doing yoga I’ve always been told to do it on an empty stomach. Doing otherwise can damage you. Be CAREFUL!

I don’t know what to think about it. Exercise which generally lessens in retirement and gravity does help but not enough for all. If it works for you snd you feel better so be it. Seems like theirs safer ways though. Maybe macrobiotic guru Richard knows something.
There could be things going on that your not aware of that could make all this salt dangerous like a aneurism that isn’t detected and bringing your BP up could be dangerous. If you eliminated the salt you could get fluid overload very dangerous but on the other end sodium overload.
In children I found most if not all react quickly to chocolate that appears to irritate the colon but in a fun way of just handing them a Hershey’s candy bar, chocolate cake or pudding but safer less contra indicated as in diabetes.
But we’re talking about this and did a quick took up.

That’s why it’s not recommended for regular use but it is anyways as apparently a matter of convenience.

Over 40 years ago I was working in Belgium and someone in the office gave me a book on yoga .
In it were instructions for a yoga salt water purge . You would drink a large glass of hot , salty water – as hot as you could gulp down , and as salty as you could swallow without retching . Immediately after , you were to perform exercises for a couple of minutes ( trunk-twisting and side-bends , etc. ) to help move the solution out of the stomach and into the small intestine . Repeat about ten? times as quickly as possible . By the time several glasses had been ingested , the movements would begin until it reached the point that one more glass in , resulted in one more out , until what was being released (more like shot from a cannon) was about as clear as the intake . Then it was time to stop .
At that point you were to rest , maybe drink a cup of tea , and within a couple of hours ( but not less than 30 minutes ) , eat a small bowl of rice and ghee . No meat or veggies for a couple of days , but small meals of rice or oatmeal porridge okay , and no dairy products at all for several days .

I used to do this each January after the Thanksgiving to Christmas over-indulgence of rich foods .
It would leave me feeling less lethargic , more up-beat , and with a sense of well-being/robust health .

But !

Certainly NOT for those on a sodium restricted diet !

I have a tendency to have diverticulitis , and am thinking this might help flush out any pockets of putrifying residue . I am not prone to constipation , BTW .

Dr Weiler Very good. He has notified the vaccine manufacturers about the harmful additives to the vaccines asked them it to take them out but no response. He also goes into how the virus can be successfully treated.

I don’t think I’ll make any rash decisions until we see how Trump fares, and I agree with you that if he can pull this one out of the hat (and I think he will) that will maybe give us a little more time to prepare. Hard to believe that in my lifetime we have gone from the illusion of total freedom to the illusion of total slavery and control. I agree that it should not be taken regularly, especially with children.   It reverses normal absorbtion in the gut and seems to me could lead to nutritional deficiency if used regularly.  Even the next day after use my gut did not feel ‘normal’.

My doctor is good except vaccines. We talked about it awhile ago. He thinks the Rna is just fine. He asked if I was gonna take it. I told him no. I didn’t ask him if he will. He brought up the flu shot and argued that it has less side effects than the yellow fever and other shots I got way back. I didn’t argue with him about it just told him I was young and stupid then.
By the way the infertility talk I didn’t save wasn’t just limited to one vaccine but can’t verify the ingredients. Astra Zeneca was another but usually give in Europe so hope they’re doing their homework too.

Silverngold – I actually saw a “so-called” Republican – Brad Sterling – on Video on  Newsmax today try to defend the actions of those votes being counted after everyone watching were ordered to leave. If that was an example of what was counted, then the fraud was at least 10 times that amount.

Voting is a disgrace these days.
