Loading ...Richard, IMO they already have it. It’s called 5G. They just haven’t got it all in place yet: 20,000 satellites and base stations all over the earth for the Great Reset. Where they do have 5G they have already had the “plague” when they turned it on, so they had to turn it off or turn it down so as to not disclose what it was doing. When they’re ready with all in place they’ll turn it all on and have a great plague that will then require Gates wonderful vaccine that will finish reducing the worlds population to their desired 500 million. IMO!
