The Idiot That Represents Idiots, Is On TV, Geez Four More Years?

Hes talking about infra structure. Normally after profits and prosperity you spend discretionary income on sidewalks and roads. You DON’T borrow money you didn’t earn yet to spend on things you don’t really need.  The whole country needs to stop “eating out”, cook at home and save money. Import less export more re consume products.
