Loading ...Gold at $1900 is cheap. Try to imagine giving away one ounce of gold to pay a months rent. Its too scarce and hard to get compared to a crappy apartment rent. You have people close above you below you, along side of you.
If they are slobs and have roaches, you have roaches. If they are noisy or smelly you won’t like it. And worst of all, if they drink or do drugs a lot, they may start a fire. It has happened around here.
People come home from work and 5-10-15 apartments are burned out. All their stuff is GONE. I think an Ounce of Gold should cover the whole years rent.
