I’m glad your alive and had a good doctor/ surgeon at such a time. I’m glad your taking care of yourself and focused on healing. I guess they managed your pain hopefully as it does help recovery and shouldn’t have to be in that much pain. Must have been rough for awhile. On the bright side you don’t have to worry about it anymore now but they will have to do regular follow ups.

I didn’t follow the news at all while hospitalized.   Great disappointment on inauguration day, but it is probably for the better.  May Tecumseh’s curse come soon.  He will be a short timer.

My diverticulitis gut blew up similar to what happened to RNOs wife.  I developed a massive infection that perforated my colon wall, and continued outward to perforate my bladder also.  I nearly fainted when the ER doc reported my CAT scan showed a fistula ‘path’ between my colon and bladder.  He had to go get the hospital specialist AND surgeon to report further.  My blood culture was infected and I was perhaps hours away from full body sepsis.  I was instantly admitted and for the next three days I lost count of how many IV bags of antibiotics they pumped into me to kill the infection before they could do surgery.

My surgeon was Russian.  Yes… I’ve been ‘colluding with a Russian’ !  He explained that they would have to resect part of my colon and HOPEFULLY reconnect it, depending on the damage they found.  I might wind up with a permanent colostomy bag, or maybe an illiostomy (small intestine bag) for awhile as things heal.  The truly amazing thing I found out was that he was an expert laparoscopic gut surgeon and this would all be done thru very small holes and robotically.  I did not expect to find that degree of medical expertise in a small town in rural Hawaii.  Oh, yeah, he had to sew up the hole in my bladder also, and said I would have a catheter and urine bag for a couple weeks while that heals.

When I woke up after surgery, screaming in pain that even Morphine failed to blunt adequately, I was also overjoyed to find I had no bags attached to my gut… just the catheter.  Tears of pain and joy as I gave thanks.  I am in absolute awe of the skill of this Russian laparoscopic surgeon.

Clear liquid diet and more gallons of IV antibiotics while we all waited for the first puff of fart gas to find out if the seals held up.  A day later it happened and I got upgraded to a ‘full liquid’ diet… pudding and puree oatmeal were the thickest.   Slowly over the next six days things progressed until I am on a regular diet with no restrictions, and things are passing ‘normally’ now.  I have four tiny holes in my abdomen held closed with a band-aid, and i can already use my ab muscles to lift my legs and bend over with no pain.  Just amazing recovery from such a hugely invasive operation.

Since my colonoscopy last November that started this runaway train, I have lost more than 25lbs.  I’m down to my college days weight, which I like even if I look like a shriveled prune now.  Concentrating on healing now… lots of vitamin C for collagen building.  The veins in my arms are destroyed from all the IV work I have had and will also benefit from the vitamin C.  Liquid protein supplements also.

I’m weak, but happy to be alive with no baggage.  Thank you all for your well wishes.

That’s a shame about the Vietnam vet. Hope he’s okay. I’ve had some friends who when they came back they were changed for the worst. I figured out after time or think I did but to long to go into so to try to make it short they lost trust in the government “ we just caught up over time” and live for today. Then they called some of it Ptst. One of my friend platonically we traveled to other countries together, he did helicopters in Vietnam plus after the army did the air force. Fun to be with but long term work wasn’t his thing. He could build his own house. They tend to get side tract a lot hard to stay focused.
That live for today thing. One was getting pretty good money after getting talked into three tours but wound up on pills. My friend said he do pills after meeting him he just drinks. Lol People don’t want to watch them kill themselves is another thing when it comes to the alcohol.

Where I’m at women don’t have a problem at all with guns. Although this used to be a rural area that grew. There was a lot of farm land and fishing and hunting. A lot of the farm land disappeared and houses were built on them. There are lots of military bases here too now shut down but we still have some things in that category I won’t talk about.

Yep you got government forces trying to experiment with the kids. Parents need to beware. It’s now gotten out of hand in inner cities.
If these third world would get smart they’d stay where they’re at and work together including farming co ops and neighborhood watches and armed if they can be.
It’s hard for Americans now who were born here to survive let alone a immigrant and what happens to that money we send them with our taxes.

You are great, that note not directed at you. I myself know a few common sense woman like yourself. One in particular, Marie a nurse was married to my “gun friend” Paul. They broke up, because he didn’t make enough money. Even though he was a Vietnam survivor and very smart. Globalization hurt him.

She ended up with our other friend, Ronny the gun smith. He eventually died, and now she’s married to Pat, Ronnys’ gun smith friend. Three marriages to three gun guys.

She’s and your type of woman are great but unfortunately not the majority in the woman population, of major population areas. I assume good organic un-“programmed” woman are the majority in the rural farming and ranching areas where most people are normal and practical.

The Media, big global corporations and colleges are nothing but massive “re-programming” machines. They basically convinced huge parts of the population, that what used to be normal, to be abnormal. And things and thoughts used to be abnormal, were changed to be normal.

In other words, its now normal to NOT be patriotic, America last is good, think global, love illegal immigrants, love more environmental regulations nonsense like hating plastic straws, love less freedoms, love gas miser cars, and love cheaper imported products etc,

And over time portray people as abnormal if they say what they think, want America first, like guns, hunting, gas guzzling SUVs, fast cars and being patriotic. The well intentioned programmed and propped up vocal minority people in high places have made so many bad decisions, accumulation of error, that the whole damn system is failing. Note the riots.

By the way, their Media won’t SAY it, but the rioters are anti globalization.  It started in 1999, with a World Trade Organization conference. Just google WTO protests. Its not good if they mention Anti-Globalization, and more people get the idea.

PS all gov’t and media priorities SHOULD have been focused on USA prosperity, how to make money, how to negotiate, how to have fun etc. They wasted a lot of “training” on unproductive non sense. Everybody would be happy, no riots, no divisiveness, no animosity, from Media telling SOME people they are being discriminated against by SOME other people. Meanwhile for most people there really was not a big problem. No money yes problems. Lots of money no real problems.

Which way will that ratio go in 10 years?? Or will it be 0 to 0 and a “good boy to bad boy” NWO credit score system ??? You gotta keep your vaccines UTD to find out!! LOL!!!

Don’t blame the women for for that look at the government. Girls including my self have been using guns since they were tiny starting with BB guns. Would most be rather a baking something, playing with their dolls, skates or riding a bike probably but they learned. They’ve “ the government “ been working on taking parents parental rights choices like vaccines and authority away for decades now. Remember not so long ago when a child was expelled for making the shape of a gun out of a sandwich.
It’s unintended or not consequences of taking their authority was kids made to believe they don’t have to listen there will be no consequences and or being influenced from other adults of the criminal element including gangs that have no business around them and now Marxist with fake moral authority to implement their own demise be open borders, their jobs and communities or their constitution. Same with child trafficking. The government has always made bad parents.

Its a very simple observation. Long ago, half the population had balls, (men) and the other half didn’t have any balls (woman) So we had equality. After the woman’s liberation movement got hold, too many got into high level jobs and political power,

plus all the divorces resulting in massive single mom house holds raising boys like they ere girls, “no Johnny, you can not have a BB gun, you’ll shoot your eye out, guns are bad and guns kill people, you hate guns right Johnny? Listen to mother”.

So half the Boys don’t have any Balls, on top of the 50% woman with no balls, so you have 75% of the population with zero balls. So, the 75% that don’t have any balls have been the dominant force. Their unqualified and unfair “Supremacy” (I learned that word from their media) so no diversity, and all their decisions even global, were based on soft emotion, rater that hard but right practical decisions.

This observation is not 100%, some single moms were practical and allowed their boys to be boys, but the no balls cancel culture media, probably corrupted them afterward anyway.

So at this point, the more stupid things they do the better since it will get them more in trouble. Its all on account of THEM, that a “Trump” popped out of nowhere. You could even say or think, they sub consciously needed and wanted a “Trump” with balls to speak out, make needed changes, and not be intimidated by anybody, Korea or China, etc to do all the dirty work changes that were needed. He already had the right, built in mentality or rhetoric. No grooming needed. Nobody else was qualified for that 4 year “stop screwing America” rotation.
