Going out on a limb

Joe Biden is not in charge of our country.
I was disappointed a takedown did not happen earlier today (yesterday).
But I had seen enough, and have seen enough about today, to not believe the narrative. (Breadth of military buildup in DC, NG turning their back on Biden, called to DC for 30 days, Pentagon not cooperating with Biden, completion of the crime, etc.)
Does anyone know the significance of 17 flags behind Trump at Andrews speech? Q is the 17th letter, but I think that itself may have some significance.
