But the amount of times it is relatively weak, just before a scum bombing, suggests very strongly, that the scum tell their mates, we are going bombing v soon etc.
The scum also use it, to calm Hui rises down, as it is a large chunk of the Hui, so by making it weak, it weakens the indeces etc.
Ps Rates are looking to weaken a bit here, for a while….could be quite some time.
