Sounds like you had a similar experience and funny about the needing a change of pants with those the the cockpit I was thinking the same thing. People were shook up until that guy made a comment about my stuffed animal but me being still quite young ably 18 thought that was the coolest thing. We didn’t go in straight and kinda reminded me of my first landing learning to take it in doing kinda S es but not as much as my first landing but in this case it was snow or ice think it was ice. From the engine I could hear him struggle to keep control of the runway.
You had more of a handle on what was going on so just reading it sounded scary and again a good pilot and luck makes a difference.
When going around a hurricane a friend who was taking pictures of one of the guys in the group Shaggy was next of me they were on the plane and we talked before we left and she’s taking pictures sheesh and said don’t worry I’m nurse that I’ll save them when place was jumping around. I told her if we go down there’s gonna be nothing much left of us to save don’t yah know lol and probably won’t be conscious. I was holding a cup of water watching like a leveler which way we were going and showed her cuz the weather was cloudy.
There was a pilot that flew for the president of another country laughing at our conversation. He mentioned about flying and that I must know something about flying listening to us talk. My friend was all jazzed about Shaggy they gave me a signed poster but I was more interested with flight talk with the pilot lol

I think you’re on to something. There seems to be a faction that would like to see society destroyed so they could then rebuild it as they like with crypto currency and the apparatus of a police state. I’m sure that Soros is one of these.

Anymore, I’m  TOO WEAK TO FLATTEN THE CURVE!

Once returning to Minneapolis from LA… on a colorful BRANIFF 727… we departed LA while there was a raging snowstorm up in Minnesota.  The pilot told us that the weather front was due to move past just before we arrived, so we should be OK for landing.  Redeye nite flight, with dawn cracking as we were over the midwest.  Out the window at altitude I could clearly see the sloping cold front, pushing a line of storm clouds ahead of it.  Just past dawn we approached MSP International that had JUST opened after they cleared the runways.  We were the first plane to land.  We leveled out at the landing zone, and the plane floated… and floated… and floated.  I was getting nervous because we were floating on dense cold air and going too far down the runway.  The pilot had come in too fast.  Now the pilot started to rock the plane to touch the left wheel, then the right wheel, back and forth twice touching before we finally settled on the runway.  And then we slid… and slid.  Brakes fully applied on ice, every time we hit a small dry patch of concrete the wheels jerked and BANG! like a shotgun from the wheels.  BANG… BANG… BANG…  each time slowing us a bit more.  My heart was in my mouth.  Finally we stopped.

Long pause until the pilot finally came on and apologized for the rough landing.  He told us they closed the airport behind us again, and clearly had more work to do on the runways.  We will be here for a few minutes while they bring out a ground tractor to tow our plane into the terminal.  When they did, they first pushed the plane backwards half a plane length before spinning us around.  THEN I saw the wingtips barely clearing the snowbank at the end of the runway.  The nose of the plane must have been right up against that snowbank at the end!  The pilots must have needed new underwear after watching that happen up front.

Another thing Trump showed is just how stupid these people are.
I’m guessing they’re on the payroll of the ones that want to bankrupt the country, default on the debt, bankrupt the banks and then eliminate cash and go digital because people are gonna riot like now if they bail out the banks again while people lost their jobs and homes.People saying they’ll give you a app and on it will be your money you had in the bank but no more cash and probably no more in person transactions if they can pull it off. Then with it possibly our sovereignty and definitely or privacy.
I think they’re dragging the shut downs on because it hasn’t fallen enough for the banks to go bust and people here anyways are saving instead of taking on debt that creates inflation that caused the Feds to raise interest rates on those with no fixed loans and punish the people who saved the economy.
Be tangibles food Bitcoin or PMS will then be a safe haven and store of value of things to come but in this case hope they don’t cuz how do you come back from a cashless economy and the expense of your freedoms.
Personally I think they are trying to drive out the patriot military with people like Austin at the Pentagon that Biden picked so he can have a military that can turn on the patriots fighting for their sovereignty ie ImF and foreign interference and fir their constitution and even fire on them as they lean and head toward communism.

I’ll just stick with the long term viewpoint. Although I look at the charts when I buy shares, technical analysis hasn’t been too accurate in calling the gold moves. JMO

Haven’t checked the charts lately but gold hadn’t broke out of the down trend since the high at that time last week. Then it gets choppy. There’s short term trades but don’t have time for that.
