I’m afraid the answer is that the Gates agenda is real, they want to get us all used to taking vaccines, having passports to exist etc. Schwabs nightmare future is being executed.

I really don’t want to go there, but what other logic can one apply, they ain’t all dumb, why is the same thinking being applied all over the Western World, except in very few places like Sweden .

The killer for me was when they demonized HCQ, if they had everyones interests at heart, then they would have celebrated HCQ and prayed that it worked, rather like Trump did…but no they did their damndest to rubbish it, that to me said …hang on what is going on here…which took me to reading about Gates and Schwab etc.

What I do also think is that they have selected the wrong Virus, it is nowhere near deadly enough, to keep us all crapping ourselves, locked up at home, then they have rushed the Vaccines as well and there are plenty of side effects, including death…I know no-one luckily who has died, though of course I know many have, but of my circle none…..but I do know someone who almost certainly died of the vaccine, just recently. This type of event plus bad side effects is causing many to refuse the vaccine, especially among the under 40’s….with luck as the Virus disappears, the vaccine take up will diminish and then the questions will be asked, as to what the hell has been going on….that is my hope..but I also see the poss that they will clamp down even harder and then it gets even more scary.

Riddle me this? Why would they push and mandate a vaccine that hasn’t went through the proper test making people effectively a guinea pigs and who knows what else and why they still want mask but deny a medicine with less to no side effects if taking the right dose that’s proved to work and kill the virus and subside inflammation? Why would they make excuses not enough tests, when there plenty but yet push a vaccine with not enough tests or proper channels that’s caused death?

Ivermectin, not in wide use as approval from the medical swamp but is in wide use privately. In South America they tried to start a trial on it but couldn’t find enough people not taking it. If they know it works why would they allow themselves to get sick and not treated anyways.

That Ivermection is still not in wide use, or HCQ…screams of mal intention from the PTB…

Generally the stock goes down a bit when it buys something anyways. If this person who wrote this is right or on the up and up then this downturn depending on where the sector is going is a long term investment buying op.

Summary
The market hasn’t reacted kindly to this acquisition as FSM has declined almost 23% since the announcement. This has resulted in only an 8% increase in ROGFF.
Most investors are uninformed and aren’t aware of the Roxgold story and the exceptional value that it brings to the table.
I think Séguéla’s NPV will be well north of $500 million soon, which will easily support a $1 billion valuation for these assets.
FSM was still getting ROGFF at a 20-25% discount to NPV when it offered the 42.1% premium to last Friday’s close. If you look at the structure of the deal, it’s also apparent that FSM is not overpaying.

That’s kind of surprising to me given the USD strength and rising rates today – go figure.

Ipso – I don’t say it often enough but thanks for your updates on various pm shares, it really helps me to keep a beat on what’s going on with some of my stocks. Today it’s SAND, been a pretty steady performer, not going to get a bump on those results, but that’s pm shares for ya in general anyway.

I think if all I’d done was to invest in the royalty plays I would not have had some of the large losses as I’ve had chasing some of these juniors.
