Loading ...Pretty much the same situation in Hawaii. The Governor refuses to furlough state workers who are doing nothing. The lockdown absolutely destroyed the tourist economy here by 99%. We have the highest unemployment rate in the USA, and the state workers are getting a 10% raise! Meanwhile, the state is trying to raise taxes again to make up for the shortfall. Nobody working, no taxes coming in from tourism, businesses shuttered, and the state wants more blood from a dead turnip. Can you tell we are a Demoncrat state?
