Its one of a group I posted on rock bottom day 3/31, re I did all the homework. Every one of them is a good bit higher than March 31, 8 days. Naturally they should go much higher as Gold climbs from the recent $1,680 low, $1758 today. The SBSW ran good until recently and sold it. I did very good with BTG, and DRD, and cashed as the profit got smaller.  They had good divs. I’ll be watching them.

The gold development company is targeting first production from the gold deposit by 2024.

In its first seven years, Windfall would generate an average of 300,000 gold oz. annually at all-in sustaining costs of $610 per oz., producing a peak of 328,000 oz. in year six. Based on an initial capital outlay of C$544 million that includes contingency, the after-tax net present value estimate for the project comes in at C$1.5 billion, using a 5% discount rate and $1,500 per oz. gold, with a 39.3% internal rate of return and a 2.2-year payback.

Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin III said Wednesday that under no circumstances would he vote to eliminate or weaken the legislative filibuster in his most definitive statement yet on the topic, dealing a blow to Democrats’ hopes of pushing major aspects of President Biden’s agenda through Congress.

The West Virginia senator also suggested in an op-ed published in The Washington Post that he would be opposed to using the budget reconciliation process, under which certain legislation requires only a majority vote, again to circumvent the filibuster, an avenue Senate Democrats have considered for passing Biden’s ambitious infrastructure package.

The European Court of Human Rights ruled on Thursday that obligatory vaccinations can be seen as necessary in democratic societies, in a landmark judgement after a complaint brought by Czech families over compulsory jabs for children.
