The housing situation in rural NC is insane. If it is at least livable it is under contract in 1-2 days. Two years back my next door neighbor sold his himself in 1 day. I’ve never seen anything like it. The northerners will pay any amount just to have a place down here.

What does it say…….inflation…..plus governments are happy seeing houses rise in value, less chance of revolution from unhappy campers.
and they all own one, or loads in many cases…see China Joe, Al Gore etc.
