And while the tax plan and all of its details are unlikely to pass through Congress in its current form, the prospect of higher corporate taxes has immediately translated into angst among investors based on numerous client conversations (such as those of Goldman), despite historical market data indicating that changes to the corporate tax code should not be feared. In fact, a recent report from BMO’s Brian Belski shows that calendar years in which tax hikes went into effect have historically coincided with double-digit S&P 500 price returns and stronger US GDP growth, on average.

For example, gun control advocates today like to point out that the Third Reich in Germany did not disarm the entire German population. This is a rather bizarre position for leftists as they continually wail and scream about Nazis around every corner and behind every tree, but they will STILL defend their gun grabbing policies by arguing that the Nazis were not as bad as conservatives assume.
A lot of gun owners are also military veterans, and they have seen how things played out in places like Afghanistan, where all the military might in the world was ineffective against tribesman with old AK-47s and roadside IEDs. It’s about force of will along with minimal necessary firearms.
Furthermore, you don’t need armored vehicles and stealth jets to fight tyranny; what you need is a good rifle.
Elitists and leftists just don’t seem to get it. Maybe it’s the way their brains work. Maybe they just can’t comprehend the idea that some people will not compromise certain freedoms no matter the cost.
Wherever an oligarchy is seeking to disarm the population this is a sure sign they are about to grasp for even more control, and they are afraid that the population might dethrone them.
My favorite mantra of gun grabbers is the claim that “Your AR-15 isn’t going to help you against an Abrams tank or a predator drone”.
Comment: There is a lot of foreign influence on USA to make us be like them. Including gun control. The story reminds me of the 19 foreigners with only box cutters, that attacked the powerful “communist socialist global elite” Global powers proudly represented by the global World Trade Center.
Evidently, the wrong people from far away lands, got negatively effected by global rule, and got pissed off enough to come all the way over here to do something about it. Revenge I guess. But not like the liberals, taking unwarranted revenge against cops and gun owners.
I’m optimistic because everything has gotten so bad, the “reset” is TPTB went too far the wrong way and succeeding to self destructing themselves.

After reading those posts, I’m thinking the bit coin and all other cryptos and the crazy “Teflon” Dow S n P etc are unwittingly a blessing in disguise for the bankers that like control Gold to protect their monopoly game money. Those things are a big bankers help.
Those cryptos are acting like a big sponge mop, or vacuum cleaner, corralling (gather together and confine) a whole lot of funny money where it won’t do any harm. By speculating and driving up gold or other important commodity prices. Gold would have been $5000 if it weren’t for Cryptos and all the FANG stocks. IMO of course.
Their whole crazy unrealistic man made artificial system has come to a head, in 2008 thanks to 9/11, and has been in failure mode the way I see it. The system is fighting for its life. Mother nature will probably bring back true capitalism.
Saylor Vs Giustra bit Coin debate
was very interesting…Saylor had his statistics down pat so far.He was formidable debater .He did his homework and won the words game of debating .
Giustra had a historical perspective ,pointed out Bit Coin is Gambling because it has NO history.Pointed out the Governments will not allow the Competition for their ability to create money and use that to keep their monopoly .Governments will not allow it to become a threat .So Gold was a better store of value ,it has Government on its side since Government has shown it can control Gold .It cant control Bit Coin. He is not against holding some bit Coin .He understands its value if Governments dont crush it. He holds a common sense approach,Saylor has a all or none gamblers approach . It works until it dont. Both men are very bright no debate about that .I was surprised at Saylors ability to process words and statistics .I think Saylor won the short term words debate ,but Giustra won the logical common sense long view debate .

I hope this is right. I don’t see it from the younger generation so much but definitely from Veterans and active military and police. Especially the police, I’m sure they’ve had enough and would love to have backing from the general population – gun owning conservatives.

I really hope yesterdays’ action wasn’t indicative of what we’ll be facing this entire year. I have a lot of concern with this Biden Administration and who he has in charge.

I don’t think they even care about Bitcoin, they know it’s the Tulip bubble of our time and if Crypto’s are to replace fiat, the govt’s will have their own crypto currency and will be in full control of its value.
It seems to me that we have one hope/option and that is for maybe Russia to come out with a gold backed Ruble, but that seems to be a small hope.
I tend to agree with Mr. Copper in that China is in cahoots with the Globalist/US players and the US will bow down to them as time goes on.
I just don’t know whether Putin and Russia are part of the same cabal.

The demos leaders which are not their friends if they think crime and violence are okay need to clean up their own back yard in these inner cities and with generational welfare and crime instead of blame shifting. This white privilege appeared to start shortly after they started cutting how long you can be on welfare. Privilege appeared to change to those who worked.
It all has nothing to do with whites but basically they’re wanting the white youth to stand by be marginalized, and think it’s going to change anything if they try to dumb them down or any minority that has a IQ that uses it. I remember when bussing came out. The while children were marginalized and even attacked and weren’t learning anything. In other schools so many illegals the kids weren’t learning because English wasn’t even being spoken much in their class. People moved. One I knew pulled their kid out and put her in private school after she was attacked. They called it white flight. People pay taxes for these schools and where did they get off taking kids from where they lived to another town and put them in danger. Because someone got this idea in order to give a leg up to another kid at the expense of yours. Send their own kids then. If they wanted to help some poor kids is one thing but placing your kids in danger and taking them away from what you worked for how did they even get away with it.
If anything since they want to play this game I hope these kids come out with a superiority complex since that’s what their saying and it backfires on them.
