Loading ...Maddog – do you have faith in pm charts for upward moves? It just seems that they way this stuff is manipulated, charts are pretty ineffective but only on the upside.
Goldie – agree, I like your take on lumber. Could have made a ton of money just renting a warehouse and stocking up. Lumber I think may hurt new home sales, but might be good for existing home sales as long as rates stay low.
