You really hold Rubino in that high of regard?

I do think Sam Zell is a smart cookie but usually when Rubino gets Uber bullish, I’m looking for an immediate drop in pm’s.

Let’s hope Zell is on the mark, I highly doubt he’s looking for $11K gold.
