Why would the US be FUNDING biological weapons

in China it can only be explained that same mentality that made the Rosenbergs give atomic weapons secrets to the Russians .The were executed both JULIUS & ETHEL Rosenberg for being traitors. The same need to be for FAUCI if he is convicted of funding  research to kill Americans.
