WHO Chief Scientist Served Legal Notice In India For Allegedly Suppressing Data On Drug To Treat COVID-19

The Indian Bar Association has taken legal action against the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Chief Scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan for her alleged role in spreading disinformation on the use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19.

The association served a legal notice (pdf) on Swaminathan on May 25, claiming that she was “spreading disinformation and misguiding the people of India, in order to fulfill her agenda” and sought to prevent her from “causing further damage.”

They further say that Swaminathan, in her statements against the use of ivermectin, ignored research and clinical trials from two organizations – the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care (FLCCC) Alliance and the British Ivermectin Recommendation Development (BIRD) – who have presented solid data showing ivermectin prevents and treats COVID-19.

“Dr. Soumya Swaminathan has ignored these studies/reports and has deliberately suppressed the data regarding effectiveness of the drug Ivermectin, with an intent to dissuade the people of India from using Ivermectin,” the plaintiff said in a statement

Yeah, its been really sad to watch the metals just flat lined and silver is still only about 50% of the high back in 2010.  It’s only about 50% of it’s 1980 high too.   The only winners in the metals markets have been palladium and rhodium and these so called experts never told anyone to buy into those metals.  How a metals market expert completely is blind sided by palladium’s price move still doesn’t sit well with me..   I listened to them for years and never heard anything but crickets about palladium and rhodium as they preached non-stop silver and sometimes gold.   Until all the blind naked short selling of gold and silver are removed it seems pretty obvious they will stay near the cost of taking it out of the ground.    Obviously they can’t push silver to $8 or the silver miners would collapse and production would stop.   They know about $25 – $30 range there will continue to be ample supply of silver as the miners can make a decent profit just they keep it capped from moving any higher other than the occasional blip.

Dollar Glut Drives Usage of Fed Reverse Repo Facility to Record

(Bloomberg) — Demand for a key Federal Reserve facility used to help control short-term rates surged to the highest on record, accommodating a barrage of cash in search of a home.

Fifty participants on Thursday parked a total of $485.3 billion at the overnight reverse repurchase facility, in which counterparties like money-market funds can place cash with the central bank. That surpassed the previous record volume of $474.6 billion from Dec. 31, 2015, Fed Bank of New York data show, and was an increase from $450 billion on Wednesday.

Even though the offering rate on the Fed facility is 0%, demand has been increasing as a flood of cash overwhelms U.S. dollar funding markets. That’s in part a result of central-bank asset purchases and drawdowns of the Treasury’s cash account, which is pushing reserves into the system. Recent stimulus payments to state and local governments are adding more cash to the front-end, while regulatory constraints are also spurring banks to turn away deposits and direct that cash to money-market funds.

The massive buildup of dollars in the funding market is also adding fuel to the debate about just when and how quickly the Federal Reserve ought to begin dialing back the pace of asset purchases it is undertaking. The prospects of sustained accelerating inflation and the need to potentially lean against that are seen by most as the key drivers of that discussion. But the dislocations taking place in short-term fixed-income markets are also increasingly coming into focus for market observers, even if many doubt that this as an issue that will move the Fed’s position substantially.

The tsunami of cash has driven yields on short-term securities from repo agreements to Treasury bills near or below zero. Overnight general collateral opened at minus 0.01% on Thursday, according to Oxford Economics, while the Treasury has sold four-week bills at 0% repeatedly during the past month, and three-month dollar Libor continues to fix at fresh record lows.

“It’s clear that two or three weeks ago that excess reserves reached the inflection point where the system is saying no more and all of this is ending up in the Fed’s RRP program,” said Subadra Rajappa, head of U.S. interest rates strategy at Societe Generale.

Re vaccines and forced inoculation…as long as the Vaccines are experimental they have a problem, as the forced use of experimental medicines carries the death penalty, under the Nuremberg convention.

They will be experimental until at least 2023 and that is really pushing it, as normally the process is 7/10 years, so forcing the end of experimentation is wide open to legal dispute.

Plus huge numbers of the BAME community are anti vaccine and over here they work in huge numbers in health care, if forced their relations who also are in vast numbers in the legal profession, will love the idea of sueing our government, for unfair dismissal etc…then the government also has to consider the PR value of discriminating against the BAME crew.

Plus many countries have way under 50 % vaccination, way less..do governments dare take on that many voters.

It’s got to be addressed or it’s just show. Fauci isn’t the fall guy other than what he did to himself when he was caught in contradictions as he didn’t exactly have the people of the US in mind when he made all those incompetent wushu washy recommendations. He’s the spokes person so basically he can say anything to cover for others that others can then deny. They need to bring everyone involved to the congress to answer questions.
As far as vaccines I warned people along time ago they get away with mandating vaccines in children which is unconstitutional so they get around it by preventing them from going to school they will go after adults next and with it unaccountably to what ever they put in in and you know the rest as far as chips and other control factors.
People in congress are safer bringing it out to the public than knowing and not because if they wind up dead it won’t have a link back to them.

IMO the problem began way before this virus hoax began, and I don’t think the place to begin is by trying to hang  Fauci for a crime that is so much larger than the part he played in it. The Media these days is full of shit, old out dated news. My new news, is China’s living standards have been rocketing higher, better than ever while USA living standards have started declining after 1971 when President Nixon “set them up” for prosperity as a new vendor for US Consumer products, after Japan. Japan used to be the main producer.

Ask yourself, How did China end up being the worlds second biggest economy? Is it really 2nd best? Maybe not, maybe USA is 2nd now. By the way, The US Dollar and the Yuan can only fluctuate by 2%.

So the US and China are pretty much like one country. We can’t lower the Dollar 50% against China, to make the incoming products cost 50% more, to promote making the stuff here cheaper.

P.S. In my view globalization is like socialism, and its finally failing obviously, and that why there are problems that require low rates and paper money hand outs and bailouts.  And people allowed to not pay mortgages for 6 plus years.

Their mine started up just recently. If they can make it work then they’ll get a higher valuation. If not …

These hard questions should be coming from congress investigating this. They should have been on this from last year. If I know about the lab and all the things they were doing that was wrong last year why didn’t they and why weren’t they investigating it then.
Only a couple questioned Fauci but it was more about the shut down or questions that should of been asked directly to the people responsible.
Like the ones NIH gave money to now saying it was them who gave money to Wuhan and gain of function which Fauci lied for saying they didn’t but if they did “all in the same sentences double talk it was under guidelines “ Guidelines” having funding a foreign communist dictator? Bring the person in and ask him instead.
Don’t give Fauci the power to lie and cover for everybody. They also had plenty of time to get rid of evidence.
