Loading ...It’s crazy here in Idaho too. My house sold in 8 hours for $50K over the asking price.
We put in a bid for another smaller place at $21K over asking and that didn’t get it done. Absolute craziness.
I’m renting for a year to see if things calm down or pm’s go to the moon. Unfortunately I’ve been waiting for 20 years for gold to go to the moon so I might be renting for awhile. 🙂
