I got a message XOM to cull 10 % of White collar jobs. All I could find on it was this post.

White Collar (Professional) Staff Reduction
ExxonMobil announced today that it will cut 5-10% of professional headcount annually over the next 3 years. Most reductions will occur at US headquarters and will be ‘performance’ based.
