Who owned that building ?

was it fully rented or empty ?  Did Silverstein own it…(Twin Towers GUY) ..Did it need remodeling ? Was it contructed usuing Asbestos ? Was somebody behind on Mortgage payments .Was it being forclosed ?    Curious people want to know…!
