Loading ...leaking into basemen of Collapsed building …..That’ll destroy cement and Re BAR ..They used to make cement boats and found that they wouldent show any signs of deterioration until it SUDDENLY collapsed and sank ..They stopped making them….Sounds like what happened to this building.This was known years ago and should have required testing of all these buildings at the shore line .
Any steel or iron aboard a boat requires lots ZINC to act as sacrifice metal because of electrolysis ..They were all prone to weakening without warning and then sudden collapse .My sailing days taught me a great deal about electrolysis .I had a Sailboat for 25 years….
