I agree with what you are saying. I too heard a very impressive Rand Paul presentation, but the question remains, why did Rand Paul not pull the trigger?? That is what makes the whole thing appear to be a charade. When he had the opportunity…..and he had to evidence in his hand….. why did he not pull the trigger??????  Just Saying???????????????
