IPSO – on my last trip to S.America I believe I got E-Coli from on-board food .

I did not get sick until two or three days later , then , vomiting , loose bowels , low grade fever , etc.
The loose bowels persisted (Fortunately have two family MD’s there so I think I was on antibiotics …foggy memory about that ) . I did get onto electrolyte’s after noticing my heart was skipping about every sixth beat . After about 10 days , went the other way – constipated , but otherwise rebounding to my usual healthy self .
