I can see why he did it although can understand he isn’t into medicine but why he did it. You had a lot of panic going on and people behind the scenes were perpetuating it by lying about the numbers and media making it worse. He knew more harm was going to be done keeping everyone locked up.

Oh really, how do they know that on a experimental untested vaccine or was it because of better therapeutics and the virus wasn’t going to kill them in the first place.
