Loading ...Here there are homeless camps where every druggy has at least one (stolen) shopping cart full of items of all descriptions they have “collected” from burglary and/or back yards overnight in hopes they can trade some of it to the drug dealer to get them through the day. Another common feature of these camps is lots of bicycles of all descriptions, from toddler bike with training wheels to expensive touring bikes, but I have never seen any effort by the police to address this situation. As I said, all “in your face”. Pretty depressing!!
