One of my sweetie’s son’s puppies broke it’s leg running around in his yard last Sunday

Not a compound fracture but with the exam, meds, anesthesia and surgery the bill came to $5,000 smackers. Yep that’s right $5K.

If they chose to have the leg amputated it would have cost a lot less … but who’s going to do that to a puppy.
