Neither instead they can be more responsible. Do you dump your trash in your neighbors yard and say they are exaggerating when they complain?
Look at what China is doing not just to their land and people but the world with waste overflow piling in the rivers and oceans.
It won’t do a economy any good of their all sick and dying from the wastes and drinking water polluted.
