Loading ...I don’t know about Canada but corporate hospitals here are mandating the vaccines by the end of Sept so quite a few nurses are quitting. I’ve seen this kind of rotation and trying to save money by putting in less qualified even techs with minimal training and experience and it never works out. They never learn.
These nurses were good enough to risk their lives when there was no vaccine or no known medication to handle a overload of patients but now treated like expendable. I’m glad I’m retiring before their deadline and none too soon.
If these nurses are smart enough to go through all the science and deal what they deal with in hospitals not to mention hours and holidays they can do anything. Perhaps Real Estate lol
