I myself didn’t do any preparation, because the news always try to out do each other for ratings, and exaggerate the weather reports. So every gas station had gas lines. When local interviewed those people, many said they were just driving by, saw the lines and figured they should do that too.
Well its the same with Gold and the mining stocks. The outsiders like the gas lines, that got in our sand box when they saw prices were rising, bought in late on the highs, then saw prices dropping, saw their “comrades” selling and taking losses, so they all panicked out, just because the others were doing it. Monkey see Monkey do.
The Lemmings will stay out for a while as they lick their wounds. As they see PMs keep rising they will probably pile back in and give us another after burner shot.
