Iv been getting Gout attacks lately,it goes from one foot to the other rotating ! I have found that soaking in Epsom salts & warm water helps a lot ..I find I must soak for a longtime for it to be effective ..Wait until the skin wrinkles from too much water and its done….  Had Gout for thirty years and find its a seasonal thing ..twice a year spring and fall and its weather related ,I know when a weather change is coming. Maybe its a barometric pressure thingy .   Its telling me big drop in Barometric pressure is at hand…(Hurricane ?)
