Biden is senile and his advice is coming from Obamas source ..namely Susan RICE  .She was the source of previous bad advice on Iraq and the reasoning is so similar it has to be her .The same mentality .. I even heard former CIA guy say we should find a way to give 5 Billion to Taliban ..just like before….same mentality of failure. and supported by Military Industrial gang  ..Its insane ..I think the only cure is a REAL insurrection if it dosent stop soon!
