I’ve ordered with doctors signing higher doses of zinc that 50 mg along with vita C for wound healing but only for a limited time.
The thing is about almost any medicine or supplement if you give something or more of something than normal it can then deplete something else.
So if your going to take zinc every day then look into a copper supplement.
Copper deficiency can cause bad things to happen. Heart issues muscle cramping kidney, liver, problems and more.
On the other end zinc has all sorts of benefits.

there’s some buzz going ’round that zinc is a very wide spectrum anti-microbial. it’s not just good against bat clap. it works against lots of other nasties too. who knew??

In the article it says even a small amount of graphene will cause the virus or substance to turn dark. That Pfizer said there’s no graphene in their vaccines.
That the sample the person got in Spain came from a unknown source.
They have references in this link in what’s in them but I know that if they can get a substance below a certain amount they don’t have to list it and could put a plethora of toxic substances combined and not have to list them. That way they can say the amount is tiny but mix all of them together in a test tube and see what you get.
IMO they should have to list everything even if they do it in reference to quality.
