Loading ...My electric bill has doubled this year, but that was from a low base price and it does not reflect yet what has been happening recently. Nat Gas wholesale prices have gone from 30 pence/therm to 130 pence/therm and electric prices have gone from 50p /Kwatt hr in 2020 to over 350, up 7 times …..These prices have yet to hit domestic bills and as this article says…it is mostly down to no wind for the Wind Farms….the ‘effing Mellons have ‘effed it all up again.
