Loading ...if it collapses ,it really means all those dollars they hold are worthless because their debt was in ….DOLLARS …..It also means the threat of inflation caused by US dollars outside the country coming back to buy assets is not going to happen .Its no different than if China burned all the Dollars it holds.Real Estate debt in China will be sold for .10 cents on the dollar and 90 % of US dollars held by China will disappear .The threat of US inflation is gone.. Those investors Chinese or any body else will get zip on defaults ..its all US DOLLARS that are being burned in China ….Thats deflationary….
