Lots of excitement on the home front today. Getting a new roof put on. All Hispanic crew. Showers threatening, fingers crossed.

I’d think that is a positive for AEM and might explain why they’ve been struggling lately while on the other hand, KL has been strong. Now that it appears the deal is done, AEM seems to be strengthening.

Holding out hope that we get a bit of a comeback and that the USD and rates start to slide again.

Regardless, I still don’t think the Fed can allow rates to rise without blowing up the Gov’t debt.

That being said, maybe all this is intentional?

We have the same or more pressure all over Europe…Gates has clearly got everyone working for him….as he is obsessed with vaccinating everyone constantly.

They are about to start firing loads of Health workers, doctors , nurses and care workers, who refuse to be vaccinated, come this winter there will be chaos in health care, as yr talking maybe 15 % or more people being thrown out….that I think will be when the public say enough of this madness….we are very close already…..

That’s because ever since ’87 the Fed has realised they can play the mkts to their hearts content.

At first it was done at times of real crisis, like the first Gulf war…I watched as clients bought Oil on the Friday before. then on Sunday night after they went in, the Oil mkt opened up and then sold off all night…..and they were scratching their heads, as to why etc.

Then it also done whenever Greenspan spoke, which is why the old fraud/crook was thought to be a genius/seer etc as the mkts always did what he said….

Over time it has morphed into this 24/7 nightmare ….of non stop manipulation…..I too begin to despair..

this will leave a mark – I should have seen this coming.

edit: and this beat down is because Powell is going to say to Congress today that inflation is going to last longer than he originally thought, so rates and dollar spike.

In the 20 years I’ve been doing this I’ve never seen gold act as inflation hedge like it did in the 70’s
