Rates rising a bit

Posted by Buygold @ 8:43 on November 1, 2021

as they probably should based on the potential Fed taper. I don’t see how they can allow rates to rise, but the Fed has burned me before.

Will be an interesting week.

I would love to hear a break away from the cabal on Ivermectin or even Hydroxychroloquine but I already searched for this story and can’t find it anywhere.
Yes there was someone trying to get it approved. I fear the cabal silenced them.
Plus I just had lunch with a Japanese American now she just got her citizenship this year friend last week who still had relatives in Japan made no mention of it. We did discuss it though but not that story.
I checked the link they had on the success story of decreased cases but it made no mention of ivermectin.
Here’s the link they gave.

@Goldilocks re Storage Cost Investment or Business Expense

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 8:35 on November 1, 2021

I used $100/mo for and average cost. Near me today $100/mo is outdoor storage for cars. A 1 car garage is $500/mo. I’ve seen people asking $1,000/mo for two car garages.

For one thing there is property tax on the garage. Possibly a lot more than $1200/yr. after you build one in the back yard.
Plus it can be rented out or used as a work shop to generate income. Some car people rent those 1 car commercial storage units that are not cheap. Around here. Even the futures market has storage costs involved. Nothing is free.

I’m just fussy about true costs and values and when calculating storage values, these classic cars in perfect new condition are cheap, way way underpriced compared to a new car that will drop in value. Plus cheap to fix and maintain. Ten dollar inspections no emissions check. Plus classic care insurance is like $250/yr.
Back around 1967 a friend was shopping for a Model A Ford Roadster every weekend various states near by to restore. I convinced him to buy a fully restored one instead. Told him make believe you are buying a new car with a three year loan. Enjoy it every weekend instead of working on one.
He found one a gem perfect it cost $4500 same as a new Corvette Stingray. Years later he sold it for $12,000. That new 1969 Corvair for $27k might be a better choice than a brand new cheap Hyundai.

Repost GSS

FYI Watch GSS, Something may be going on.

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 13:27 on October 28, 2021   -edit-

I used to own it years ago, kept it on my watch list. It had a big break out three months ago, pulled back, and started making higher highs above the 14% break out day 3 mo ago up to $2.63, and  today $3.09 +6% top performer of all gold stocks today. Confirming that break out day on 7/29

Three months ago:

The refinancing plus the cash on hand position Golden Star for the repayment of the 7% convertible debentures maturing in August 2021 (the “Convertible Debentures”). This deleveraging event will further strengthen the Company’s balance sheet and deliver a lower cost of capital.

Another old one getting attention is IAG Top gold performer on three month list + 31%. I see PVG +28%, BTG +26%, GSS +25% three months.

FYI, I just nibbled in on both GSS and IAG @ 1:57 PM

Something seems strange about those storage stories. 100 a month after all those years? From my experience in storing things in storage for years the price goes up it doesn’t stay the same.
Plus even today you could get cheaper storage.
Even if so that’s the sellers problem storing it that long to where the car he was storing was costing him more than it was worth. The storage costs IMO doesn’t set the value like anything else you would store. You have to gauge if it’s worth the fees and for how long. Back when it would probably been cheaper to by their own storage unit and earn the money back.

Dr Peterson is the person you would go to for vax injury but keep in mind the front line doctors as they call themselves are all working and communicating together. Both are part of that group. They are from all over the world now and share their individual expertise in their field, experience and data with each other.

Ps Dr Peterson is going beyond after things that have been left for dead like chronic fatigue syndrome very disabling, fibromyalgia and tic born illnesses.
Plus he’s working to get disability for the vaccine injured. Imagine being forced to take the jab getting sick cant work and no way to support yourself.
