Looking for risk of overdose because there is a chance of neuro by crossing the BBB blood brain barrier even though it usually resolves and bleeding I found this by the FDA.
I don’t think Id take the max dose of .6 mg even if it’s lower than the 15 mg/kg mentioned here less I was really sick but the .4 mg/ kg

This corroborates the advantage of repurposing drugs, as these medications have already been tested arduously and extensively to confirm their efficacy and safety, thereby decreasing the transit time from shelf to intake.
