Opinions on Ivermectin and me, please

All my knowedgeable friends here,

Fever today.

Friend gave me 6-3mg Iver tablets.

Says I should take all at once.

Wondering if I should take 3 or 4, then the other 2 or 3 in 1 or 2 or 3 days?

Or is 6 of these a relatively small dose?

I weigh around 155, take no other medications.

Thanks to anyone with knowledge or experience on this!
