coarse chop onions, garlic (enough to scare away TWO vampires), peppers (include some yellow or orange ones – some hot, some sweet, to taste), and stir-fry in a little olive oil or butter. when the veggies are softened but before they totally break down into gravy, stir in a dash or two of ground turmeric, some soft-melting cheese and a little salt or chicken bouillon powder.
