Some years back we had a cheap jewelry chain, called Ratners which was owned by a guy called Gerald Ratner…..he was speaking at some trade dinner and described what he sold as Crap…….which the papers got hold off and in no time they were bust……the entire saga became a must learn lesson on how to run a business and look after yr clients……..Nascar should read up on that story.
