I know it’s a good combination; one should be taking both. But I keep getting conflicting information as to how. Some sources say they should be separated because they interfere with each other’s absorption. Other sources say the quercetin opens the door, so to speak, to allow the zinc into the cells. Does anybody know for sure the best way to take the two?
