Quercetin and zinc
I know it’s a good combination; one should be taking both. But I keep getting conflicting information as to how. Some sources say they should be separated because they interfere with each other’s absorption. Other sources say the quercetin opens the door, so to speak, to allow the zinc into the cells. Does anybody know for sure the best way to take the two?

Thanks for the Dr Kory, he was one of the first front line doctors although I was following a few others first like Dr Marik through Dr Mobeen who found the Ivermectin and Patterson too as Dr Kory was busy trying to get the info out to doctors to save people and going to congress back then. They were careful not to be seen as anti vax so they wouldn’t get taken off but now Dr Kory and other know they’re neither safe or effective. They’re keeping them busy that’s for sure.
There also outright lying and down playing about the adverse effects of the mandatory jab.

This guy, Robert, is the most well rounded person I’ve heard to date. Whether talking about PM’s, or real estate, or crypto’s, or paper dollars in hand, or vaccine mandates, or coercion, or just how to successfully live your life and make a positive impact and difference in the world when you leave…. I’d say he is correct in his whole life’s philosophy, including growing a pair and telling the PTB to take a hike!….and I encourage everyone to listen to this presentation, at least from Where Robert begins about the 53 minute mark.

Why? Because I always thought, and noticed, the Central Planners rotate the currencies between USA and the others, like a farmer watering different sections of the farm. I doubt its natural market forces, like the big hits with Gold. The gov’t lap dog Banks “play” futures.
The past year of a climbing US Dollar, in turn lowers the values of Europe’s Euro and Japan’s Yen. So THEIR inflation numbers are worse than ours, because every commodity is priced in Dollars. So THEY need a break on gasoline diesel food etc.
So they will get lower inflation prices and USA will get lower dollar higher inflation prices for a while. I assume. You could say the Banks are market makers on the Futures markets until a distortion (price/supply) get bad enough, the trend changes.
